Our commitment

SACEM is structured on the model of a cooperative: a collective management organisation (CMO). Royalties from copyright/authors’ rights are authors and composers’ only source of revenue.

To guarantee authors’ intellectual property rights over their works, SACEM collects and distributes royalties.

Sacem Lab contributes to Sacem's innovation process by offering support and expertise to our most forward-looking team members.
